Our mission goes beyond education—we are committed to shaping well-rounded individuals who are prepared for lifelong success, meaningful relationships, and active civic engagement.

In addition, we promote critical thinking, creativity, and accountability, encouraging students to take ownership of their choices and their futures. We aim to equip young people with the tools necessary not only to navigate challenges, but to become leaders, role models, and positive contributors within their communities.

Kids Program Providers Program partners with New York City schools to implement our Early Youth Entrepreneur's Club. One or more of our highly trained and talented Staff visits each partner school two or four days a week for 35 weeks from September to June

  To establish impactful school partnerships by delivering a proven, culturally relevant youth engagement model that is scalable across grade levels, strengthens essential skills, expands student exposure, and prioritizes the needs of underserved communities—while collaborating closely with schools to customize programs that drive meaningful and measurable outcomes.

To build and sustain impactful school partnerships while expanding into a world-class after-school program that provides structure, resources, and culturally relevant experiences to underserved communities—empowering students across grade levels to develop critical skills, increase exposure to opportunities, and achieve measurable academic and social growth through customized, high-impact programming.

 We meet our students where they are—academically, socially, and emotionally—recognizing the unique experiences, challenges, and strengths each student brings. We actively engage our students, their families, and the broader community, embracing the diverse cultures that shape their identities. Through this culturally responsive approach, we create meaningful connections that inspire trust, participation, and growth.

Our programs are intentionally designed to foster positive change—change that has been proven to increase school attendance, improve academic performance, and build stronger school communities. We believe that when students feel seen, heard, and valued, they are more motivated to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
